My favorite 31 days series

Some of my favorite blogs are participating in the Nester's 31 days series that begins today.  I love  organizing (and picturing my home all organized and labeled) and I think these blogs will give me just the inspiration and motivation I need.  These are the ones I plan to follow this month:

Living Well Spending Less will be blogging about creating a clutter free life.  It sounds good, doesn't it?  I am committed to stopping by Goodwill every Friday this month to donate my excess stuff.  There is something so freeing about getting rid of the clutter.  I am ready for a clutter free life!!

Balancing Beauty and Bedlam will be posting easy tasks that can be accomplished in 15 minutes a day.  I really relate to what she writes about clutter - I struggle with worrying that I might need something someday. I am excited to see how she handles her clutter.

Overstuffed - this mom of three girls is blogging about finding more peace by reducing clutter.  She will be tackling not only physical clutter in her home, but also mental and spiritual clutter.  I am also interested to see how she includes her children in this challenge.  My kids are 7 and 9 and I need to teach them how to take care of their things so that they build healthy habits for the future, too.

And of course I will be following along with Nester herself - her series on meaningful vignettes seems to go along with my reducing clutter goal for this month.  After all the decluttering I plan to do, the last thing I need is to fill my home up with new stuff!  I will be re-using what I have to create personal, beautiful vignettes.

Happy October!
